Conditions of participation in the "ABOUT YOU 5th FREE" competition1. Organizer
The organizer of the "ABOUT YOU 5th FREE" competition is ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG, represented by ABOUT YOU Verwaltungs SE, which is represented by the Management Board Tarek Müller, Hannes Wiese and Sebastian Betz, Domstraße 10, 20095 Hamburg, Germany (hereinafter: "ABOUT YOU" and/or "organizer" and/or "we").
2. Participation
Any natural person over the age of 18 and resident in the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary is eligible to participate. This excludes employees of the ABOUT YOU Group, cooperation partners and third-party companies involved in the realisation of the raffle, as well as their respective family and household members. Participation in the raffle requires a valid order with ABOUT YOU during the promotion period.

- Register for the raffle within 7 days of receiving the registration email.

If you win, you will receive a notification by e-mail and can claim your refund within 10 days.
- We will raffle off the order value of every 5th order among all eligible orders (clauses 2. and 3.). Winners will receive the actual purchase price of their order, which will be paid at the time of ordering as a cash prize. Orders placed during the promotion period that are returned in full do not count as eligible orders. Orders that are partially returned are considered eligible orders; the value of returned products will be deducted from the order value in the event of a win.
- The winners will be notified by e-mail at the beginning of September 2024 via the e-mail address stored in the customer account. If the winner does not claim their prize within 10 days of receiving notification of their win, their claim to the prize will be forfeited.

If you win, you will receive a prize notification by e-mail and can claim your prize within 10 days

After receiving the registration email, you must register for the competition within 7 days and select an AY Moment that you would like to win. You can choose one AY Moment per order. This cannot be adjusted or changed afterwards.

- 5.3 AY Fashion Moment (raffle on 09.08.2024 at 18:00) 1-year shopping flat rate in the amount of 10,000 euros (in words: ten thousand euros) or the corresponding value in the respective national currency based on the current exchange rate on the day the prize is claimed. The shopping flat rate is valid for 1 year from receipt of the prize notification for orders in the following ABOUT YOU shops: Webshops or apps in the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary or Poland.
- 5.4 AY Family Moment (prize draw on 09.08.2024 at 18:00) Two-day VIP pass to Disneyland Paris for two adults and up to four children Four-day trip with three nights in one of the Disney hotels, including half-board Travel costs (flight, economy and/or train, 2nd class) and transfer to and from Disneyland included.

The winner(s) will be notified by email via the email address provided in the customer account and/or during registration. If the winner does not claim their prize within 10 days of receiving notification of their win, their claim to the prize will be forfeited. This also applies if a prize is tied to a specific date and the winner is not available on this date for reasons that lie within the winner's control. In this case, there is no entitlement to a replacement prize/compensation.

6. Handover
The prize will be handed over by dispatch and/or booking on behalf of the winner. The handover/claim of the prize requires that the winner provide further information, e.g., for booking trips. The winner is responsible for ensuring that all necessary documents and requirements relating to the person of the winner (e.g. valid identification documents) are available. The data provided will be used exclusively for the purpose of handing over and claiming the prize and will not be used for any other competition purposes thereafter. This does not affect any retention obligations that apply to the organiser and/or third parties entrusted with the implementation of the prize on the basis of the applicable commercial and/or tax regulations. Further costs may be incurred as a result of claiming the prizes. Costs incurred in connection with the redemption/utilisation of the prize that are not mentioned in these conditions of participation are not covered by the prize. The winner is solely and exclusively responsible for tax matters. By participating in the competition, the participant also agrees that, in the event of a win, recordings (photo/video) may be made before and/or during the respective events and that these may be used by the organiser, e.g. in digital and analogue media (e.g. websites, on-site banner campaigns, newsletters, social media, in particular Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, blogs, etc.) for the purposes of internal and external corporate communication and commercial purposes. Details will be regulated in a separate agreement between the winner and the organiser, which will contain the necessary granting of rights.
7. Cash payment/exchange/assignment
An exchange and/or assignment of the prize or a cash payment are not possible.
8. Termination of the competition
The Organiser has the right to change the competition period at any time and without prior notice or to terminate the competition without notice, e.g. if the functionality of the Organiser's systems should be restricted for technical or other reasons independent of the Organiser or if the suspicion should arise that a participant is attempting to influence the results of the competition.
9. Exclusion from participation
Participation via automated procedures or other manipulations or attempts (including by third parties) is not permitted, nor is the violation of the conditions of participation or an attempt to do so. The organiser has the right to exclude participants from the competition and to subsequently withdraw or reclaim prizes in the aforementioned cases or in the event of suspicion to this effect.
10. Liability
The Organiser shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or special losses and/or damages incurred by participants as a result of their participation that are associated with a disruption in the communication or power lines, outages at the mobile phone operators, the effects of harmful software, unfair acts by third parties aimed at unauthorised access and/or the disabling of the Organiser's software and/or hardware, or force majeure circumstances. In such cases, the Organiser is not obliged to reimburse any losses incurred by the Participants. The Organiser shall be liable to the Participant for culpably caused damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the Organiser, the legal representatives or vicarious agents of the Organiser, as well as for damages resulting from a breach of a guarantee given to the Participant without limitation in accordance with the statutory provisions. Otherwise, the Organiser shall only be liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the campaign and on the fulfilment of which the participant may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The above limitation of liability applies accordingly to the personal liability of the organiser's legal representatives and vicarious agents.
11. Data protection
The organiser uses the data provided by participants in accordance with the provisions of German and European data protection law.
Your rights
In addition to the right to revoke consent given to us, you have the following additional rights if the respective legal requirements are met:

German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be ineffective or contradict the statutory regulations, the remaining conditions shall not be affected by this. In this case, the statutory provisions shall apply. The same applies to the closing of a contractual loophole. Legal recourse is excluded.

3. It's that easy!
Here's what you need to do to take part: With every order placed during the promotion period (18/03/2024 to 24/03/2024) via our web shops or our apps in the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary or Poland, you will automatically be entered into the competition. The value of ordered products that are returned will not be taken into account when determining the chance of winning. Participation is possible from 18.03.2024, 09:00 am to 24.03.2024, 11:59 pm.
4. Closing date, number of possible entries
The competition runs from 18/03/2024, 09:00 a.m. to 24/03/2024, 11:59 p.m. CET. Late entries, for whatever reason, will not be considered. Participation applies to every order placed during the promotion period.
5. Prizes, draw and notification
We will draw the following prize from all participants on 05/07/2024 at 18:00 CET: We will raffle off the order value of every 10th order among all eligible orders (clauses 2. and 3.). Winners will receive the actual purchase price of their order, which will be paid at the time of ordering as a cash prize. Orders placed during the promotion period that are fully returned are no eligible orders. Orders that are partially returned are considered eligible orders; the value of returned products will be deducted from the order value in the event of a win. The winners will be notified by email in mid-July 2024 via the email address provided in the customer account. If the winner does not claim their prize within 10 days of receiving notification of their win, their claim to the prize will be forfeited.
6. Reimbursement of the purchase value
The prize will be transferred by bank transfer to the account specified by the winner. The transfer will be made in the currency of the order. The transfer requires the winner to provide their full name and bank details. Otherwise, it will not be possible to hand over the prize. The data provided will only be used to hand over the prize and will not be used for any other competition purposes thereafter. This does not affect the organiser's obligation to retain data in accordance with the applicable commercial and/or tax regulations. Costs incurred during redeeming/utilising the prize are not covered by the prize. The winner is solely and exclusively responsible for tax matters.

Personal discounts in "Your Deals"A personal discount from the "Your Deals" section is valid once until the end of the day of the expiry date stated on the discount and will be automatically deducted from your total order amount if activated. No voucher code is needed in the checkout. The discount is non-transferable and can only be redeemed in combination with an order on ABOUT YOU.
You can only redeem one discout from the "Your Deals" section per order. The "Your Deals" discount cannot be combined with other promotions, EXTRA-discounts and vouchers. In the case of a full return, the discount value expires. In the case of a partial return, the discount value will be applied to the remaining eligible items. A disbursement, subsequent deduction or reimbursement of the discount is not possible.
The discount is assigned to a customer account and must be activated in the "Your Deals" section. If activated, the discount is automatically applied to the eligble articles. The discount is valid on selected articles only, these are marked with an "EXTRA"-discount sign after activation of the discount. The "Your Deals" discount can be deactivated up to the shopping basket, if a redemption in the current order is not desired.
CouponsThe coupon is non-transferable and can only be redeemed in combination with an order at ABOUT YOU. It is valid until the validity date stated on the coupon and will be automatically deducted from the invoice if the coupon is activated when the order is placed. The coupon is only applicable to selected products.
In case of return the coupon expires. Cash payout is not possible.
The coupon is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, vouchers and will not be credited against EXTRA discounts.
Vouchers with voucher codeA minimum order value of €75 applies to vouchers. The voucher is non-transferable, can only be redeemed in combination with an order on ABOUT YOU. It is valid once until the expiry date stated on the voucher and will be automatically deducted from your total order amount if the voucher code is entered during the order process.
In the case of a full return, the voucher value expires. A redemption for products that fall below the voucher value is not possible. You can only redeem one voucher per order. A cash pay-out is not possible.

Special voucher conditions for the Net Promoter ScoreAmong all participants of the Net Promoter Score survey who give their consent to use their order number, 50% off shopping vouchers will be raffled off (see conditions of participation). The maximum order value is 500€ before using the voucher or 250€ after using the voucher. The voucher is not transferable and can only be used in combination with an order placed with ABOUT YOU. The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of receipt by email and will be automatically deducted from your invoice if the voucher code is provided when you place your order. In the event of a complete return, the value of the voucher is forfeited. You can redeem a maximum of one voucher per order. A cash payment is not possible.

Every order placed during the promotion period (22/04/2024 to 25/04/2024) via our web shops or our apps in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary or Poland, enters you into the competition, provided you register for the competition. For every euro of order value of a non-returned product, you will receive one chance to win. Only the value of ordered products that remain with the customer will be taken into account when determining the chance of winning. Example:

Conditions of participation in the "ABOUT YOU Moments" competition
1. Organizer
The organizer of the "ABOUT YOU Moments" competition is ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG, represented by ABOUT YOU Verwaltungs SE, which is represented by the Management Board Tarek Müller, Hannes Wiese and Sebastian Betz, Domstraße 10, 20095 Hamburg, Germany (hereinafter: "ABOUT YOU" and/or "organizer" and/or "we").
2. Participation
Any natural person over the age of 18 and resident in the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Poland is eligible to participate. Participation in the competition requires a valid order with ABOUT YOU during the promotion period. Free participation is also possible by sending a postcard to ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG, Domstr. 10, 20095, Hamburg, Germany, stating your first and last name, telephone number, address and the name of the selected ABOUT YOU moment and postmarked with a date within the promotion period.
3. It's that simple!
You can register for the raffle with every order placed during the campaign period (30.04.2024 to 05.05.2024) via our web shops or our apps in the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Romania or Hungary, you will automatically be entered into the raffle. Registration for the raffle takes place via a link in the registration email. Following a successful order within the promotion period and successful newsletter registration, a registration email with a link to register for the raffle will be sent to you during the following calendar day. After receiving the registration email, you must register for the raffle within 7 days.
4. Closing date, number of possible entries
The raffle runs from 30.04.2024, 09:00 to 05.05.2024, 23:59 CEST. Late entries, for whatever reason, will not be considered. The opportunity to participate in the raffle applies to every order placed during the promotion period.
